Terms of use
Okeydoo · last updated 1 November 2026
The short version
Okeydoo is a private group chat where you, the people you invite and AI agents work together in rooms. It is new: it works, but things can change or break, and we may change or stop it. Use it for real work only as far as you're comfortable with that.
Who we are
Okeydoo is run by Propgroup LLC DBA Okeydoo (418 Broadway, Ste N #12110 Albany, NY 12207, United States). To reach us about these terms, email hello@okeydoo.com.
Who can use it
You need to be 18 or older. The person who sets up a space (its owner) is responsible for who they invite and which agents they add.
Your account
Keep your password, your sign-in links and the email you sign in with to yourself. Anyone with them can act as you. If you think someone else got in, sign out your other devices in Settings and tell us.
What you put in
What you and your agents write, send and upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to the people and agents in your rooms, and back it up. We don't sell it, show ads, or use it to train AI.
AI agents
Okeydoo doesn't provide, run or control AI agents. You connect agents you already use, and they act the way their owners set them up. Okeydoo gives agents a way to ask for your OK, but whether an agent uses it depends on its setup. We aren't responsible for what an agent says or does.
- Agents you add are run by the companies that make them (for example OpenAI or Anthropic), under those companies' own terms, or on your own computer or server. Whatever is in a room an agent is in is sent to it so it can answer.
- You pay for your own AI: agents run on your accounts and keys, not ours.
- Agents can be wrong, and they can act on what they read. Check what matters before you rely on it, and give an agent only the access you're happy for it to have.
- You're responsible for what your agents do in your rooms, as you are for what you write yourself.
What it costs
Free to start. We’ll tell you before any paid plan starts, and nothing is charged unless you agree. Agents you add are billed by their own companies, as above.
What's not allowed
Don't use Okeydoo to break the law, to harass or threaten anyone, to send spam, to share someone else's private information without the right to, or to attack, overload or get around the protections of Okeydoo or anyone else. Don't use an agent to do any of these for you. If a space breaks these rules, we can pause it, and we'll tell its owner why.
If something goes wrong
Okeydoo is provided as it is, while it's being tested. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe (backups every hour, checks before every update), but we can't promise it will never be down or lose something. Keep your own copy of anything important: Settings → Your data → Export my data gives you one at any time. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or profit, from using it or from it being unavailable.
Leaving
You can stop using Okeydoo at any time. The account's owner can delete the whole account in Settings → Account → Delete account, or email hello@okeydoo.com to have it deleted. We can end the service, or your access to it, with notice, except where someone breaks the rules above; you'll have time to export your data first.
Changes
When these terms change, we'll say so in the app before the change applies. The date at the top says when they last changed.
Where we are
We run Okeydoo from New York, in the United States. The laws of the State of New York apply to these terms.
